Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026. This policy explains how SpaceOnne may process personal data across the public website, web application, Telegram Mini App, installed web experience, iOS and Android applications, wallet, market tools, Protocol 101, Atlas, communications, and related services.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

SpaceOnne is a cartographic RWA ecosystem built around Atlas, the wallet, market tools, ONNE, Protocol 101, and community features. For privacy questions, requests, or security notices, contact SpaceOnne through the official support resources identified in the application or on the website.

2. Categories of data we may process

  • Account and authentication data: email or login identifier, profile name, settings, language, sign-in and recovery events, multi-factor authentication status, session and device identifiers, and identifiers or profile data supplied by Telegram, Google, Apple, or another enabled sign-in provider.
  • Verification and account-level data: information, confirmations, status records, and review outcomes required under the rules applicable to a requested level, feature, operation, or jurisdiction at the time of the check.
  • Device, connection, and security data: IP address, browser or app version, operating system, device type, locale, time zone, installation or integrity signals, CAPTCHA results, technical logs, diagnostic events, and push tokens when notifications are enabled.
  • Wallet, market, and payment data: public addresses, supported assets, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, swaps, orders or quotes, staking, transaction history, payment or on-ramp/off-ramp references, and related accounting and risk records.
  • Protocol 101 data: digital miners, miner levels, staking positions, accruals, eligibility, statuses, and validation records.
  • Atlas data: task or mode type, location, route or movement, media, device data, proof of completion, technical checks, and review results to the extent needed for the selected feature and the rules then in effect.
  • Communications and user content: direct or group messages, support requests, media, voice messages, shared location, profile and community activity, reports, and moderation records.
  • Device permissions and local settings made available for user-selected functions under the device or browser settings in effect at the time.

3. Sources of data

We may receive data directly from the user; from the device, browser, installed application, Telegram, or an enabled sign-in provider; from public blockchains and wallet infrastructure; from payment, market, security, verification, compliance, risk-management, analytics, communications, and infrastructure providers; and from activity performed through SpaceOnne. The exact source depends on the feature the user chooses and the rules in effect for that feature.

4. Why we use data

  • To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, recover access, and provide requested features.
  • To operate wallet, market, transfer, staking, payment, Protocol 101, Atlas, communications, support, referral, reward, and community functions.
  • To administer account levels and carry out eligibility, compliance, fraud-prevention, and risk checks; apply limits; investigate misuse; and protect users and the ecosystem.
  • To operate Atlas features, review and moderate content, maintain the map and data layer, and determine reward eligibility where that mechanic is active.
  • To maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, communicate material service information, and improve reliability, safety, and user experience.

5. Account levels, verification, and compliance

Access to a higher account level or particular feature may be subject to checks and conditions configured for that level, feature, operation, or jurisdiction at the time of the request. The applicable requirements, scope, and method may change and may be administered by SpaceOnne or an authorized provider using automated or human review. A user may be asked to complete additional steps or provide information reasonably required under the then-current rules. The outcome may affect access, limits, or the availability of an operation. Any specific notice or consent presented when a check is requested supplements this policy. Where required by applicable law, a user may request information about or human review of a decision through official support resources.

6. Legal bases

Depending on the jurisdiction and feature, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or respond to a user request, based on consent, required by law, or supported by legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service operation, product improvement, and protection of legal rights. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing and may make the relevant feature unavailable.

7. Blockchain and public data

Transactions on public blockchain networks may be visible to third parties through a wallet address and transaction hash. SpaceOnne generally cannot delete or change those records, even when related records in the application can be updated or restricted.

8. Data sharing

We may disclose data as reasonably necessary to infrastructure, hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications, push-notification, verification, compliance, risk-management, payment, market, on-ramp/off-ramp, blockchain, wallet, and professional-service providers; Telegram, enabled sign-in providers, or app stores; counterparties selected by the user; affiliated or successor entities in a lawful corporate transaction; and authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. Providers receive only the categories reasonably needed for their role and may apply their own policies when they act independently. SpaceOnne does not sell personal data for targeted advertising.

9. Retention and security

We retain data for periods reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, account and transaction records, security, dispute resolution, legal claims, and regulatory or contractual obligations. Periods vary by category and may continue after account closure where required or permitted. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, which may include access controls, encryption, audit records, and separation of sensitive files. No internet, mobile, or blockchain service can guarantee absolute security.

10. User choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing, and may lodge a complaint with a competent authority. Device permissions can be changed in system settings. Requests may be submitted through official support resources. We may need to verify identity or account ownership and may retain data where an exception or legal obligation applies.

11. Residents of certain U.S. states

Where applicable U.S. state privacy law covers a processing activity, users may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data; opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a decision; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. SpaceOnne does not sell personal data for targeted advertising. Requests may be submitted through official support resources.

12. Cookies, local storage, and device permissions

SpaceOnne may use cookies, localStorage, secure device storage, installation identifiers, SDKs, and similar technologies for sessions, language, security, diagnostics, notifications, and product operation or improvement. Camera, photos, microphone, location, motion, notifications, or local biometric unlock are accessed only when enabled by the user or device settings and needed for a selected feature. Restricting them may limit that feature.

13. Children, international processing, and updates

SpaceOnne is not intended for children or for anyone below the minimum age legally permitted to use the relevant digital-asset or communication service. Data may be processed in countries where SpaceOnne or its providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. We may update this policy as services, providers, or laws change; the current version and revision date are published on this page.
